In this episode, Gail, Catherine and Pam discuss Pam’s unexpected pleasure in moving from a 75 hours-a-week leadership role (for 32 years) to forming new passions. Transferring her leadership expertise as head of a nonprofit organization, Pam is now a Climate Action Leader as well as an advocate for endangered species. During this period of being healthy, after two bouts of ovarian cancer, Pam is ready for her “second mountain.”

“I was shocked to find that I enjoy having time to explore new things. I really like my life now; I didn’t think I would.” – Pamela Tate
