Dinah Lin began life in Shanghai, China.  She, along with her mother and two siblings, escaped on the last boat out of Shanghai in 1949, just before the Communists closed the borders. Her father was already in the United States on a research grant. Dinah grew up in Ohio, then after college, she spent 15 years in five countries in Asia as a young wife and mother. At 38, she went back to school to get her MBA from Columbia Business School as she made her transition from stay-at-home mom to international business executive. At 58, Dinah followed a dream and moved to Beijing to study Chinese and reconnect with her roots. At 73, she finally realized a long held dream and wrote her bestselling memoir, “Daring to Dream Once Again – It’s Never Too Late!”.

“Listen to your heart, the heart has a wisdom, and it will not lead you astray.” – Dinah Lin
