DEMYSTIFYING THE TRANSGENDER JOURNEY with Wendy Cole and Lynn Murphy.

Assigned male at birth, Wendy transitioned to female at age 67 (ep. 304).
She is a transition mentor and coach, speaker, and consultant. Wendy has
shared her insights on fifty different podcasts. Currently, she is writing two
books: one that documents her life and the lessons she has learned from
her transgender experience, and another that aims to guide parents of
transgender family members. Her professional mission is to promote social
change and humanize the experience of being born transgender. Wendy
asserts that transitioning has profoundly impacted her life, enhancing her
physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Lynn, a cisgender person, owns Key Innovative Business Solutions and is
the author of Amazon #1 bestseller Women Who Push the Limits: Presents
50 Life Lessons From Inspiring Women and co-creator of the transgender
project.

In early 2025, Wendy and Lynn launched their podcast, Demystifying the
Transgender Journey. Their goal is to foster social change and humanize
the transgender experience through education and real-life stories. They
manage a Facebook group that encourages and facilitates conversations
between cisgender and transgender individuals. They recognize the urgent
need to combat misinformation and disinformation, especially given the
current political climate that has made life more challenging for the
transgender community. Join Wendy and Lynn in this interactive
conversation that will provide a framework for comprehending the
transgender experience.
